About a week ago I applied and paid for new ports online for myself and my wife. I made notes of the application reference numbers but unfortunately lost the reference number for my application.

My wife has had an email saying they received her application and to send her old port back.

I've not received any emails yet and want to make enquiries to find out if they received my application.

I can't find an email address for the Corby port office for simple enquiries.

How can I easily find out my reference number?

My wife renewed her port online in December and after sending the application got an email acknowledgement with a reference number almost by return.

Something doesn't make sense in your post though. You say you haven't received any emails but also say you got your reference number which would have come in an email in response to the application?
