I really need a Chilean birth certificate which includes both parents names and place of birth.
The problem is that the digital platform (www_registrocivil_cl) provides only my name and not parents and place of birth in Chile.
Also the local Chilean consulate was not able to help.
Any assistance or information sharing will be much appreciated!
