Filling Form 80 for Visa 190_Section 37

I've been invited for visa 190 and is currently filling Form 80. While filling I've come across a query-

1. Q37: Have you undertaken any military service?
No, Give Reasons
Yes, Give details

Query: I have not take any military service so selected 'No' however in form it is mentioned to 'Give reasons'. So what should I mention?

You should mention the reason why you did not undertake military service.

That could be as simple as stating you were not required to as your country has an entirely volunteer military, or you were not selected for a draft, or even you were selected but were released from the obligation.

State what ever is relevant to your circumstances.
