Hello everyone,
I am planning to apply for a UK spouse visa for my husband, who is a Moroccan national.
I am currently employed on a logistics site through an agency. Until recently, I was contracted via one agency's payroll for four months. However, after the logistics company discovered irregularities with that agency’s payroll practices, they terminated their collaboration with them. As a result, I transferred to a new agency, through which I am now contracted directly. Despite the change in agency, my job role, work location, and responsibilities have remained exactly the same.
Given that I was employed for four months with the previous agency and will complete two months with the new agency, can I combine this to meet the six-month employment requirement for the financial criteria?
Thank you in advance for any guidance.
