I don't know what all the fuss is about.
It was just a normal reaction from a Spanish male chauvinist.

.This is the president of the Spanish football federation who thinks he has the right to kiss a woman on the lips because he is really happy. That grabbing your crotch in front of the princess to show aggressive celebration is perfectly okay. To lie and say that Hermoso verbally agreed to a kiss on the lips is okay. To call his critics d....h.... and a...h..... is okay. To say he is a victim. The man is the biggest idiot in spain and demonstrates why machista attitudes exists and needs to be addressed. It is very embarrassing for Spain at the moment and should never have gone this far. The fact that it is impossible for him to remain in his post doesn't even appear to have cross his tiny little testicular mindAgree, complete nonsense the whole thing!
What is precious about wanting to take control about who can kiss and touch you? This isn't 1940. Times have changed.Storm in a teacup, the whole thing!
Spanish women are so precious about themselves.
What is precious about wanting to take control about who can kiss and touch you?
Asking for equality and respect and having laws to protect those things is not skewering anything. It is simply asking for the same treatment as men. Basically what you are saying is that you don't agree to equality which you are entitled to say but unfortunately the tide is against you- unless you would like to live in Afghanistan.Like I said b4, storm in a tea cup.
I sick to my back teeth of how skewed it is in spain towards women and these ultra feminists, to the detrement of men.
So can you could provide us with an example of a legislative change that enshrines an anti-male agenda? Not a level playing field in Spain, at all, and far from it, with the feminist anti-male agenda, and the ensuing numerous legistive changes, enshrining it.
I have no issue with 'equality', but, I do have with the Spanish feminist version of it!
Steve, I don't recall condoning domestic violence...?
Already happening. The Spanish goalkeeper has said he won't play for Spain and I expect more to follow especially as every club is now criticising the Federation. And you are right - this is a form of mafia. All those cronies giving him an ovation are the lieutenants who receive the brown envelopes. It has nothing to do with football - just money and power. There is no doubt in my mind that if I did what Rubiales did at the office in the United States, I would be marched out the door. It was just plain unacceptable behavior.
The only reason Rubiales was not marched out the door was because of money. Rubiales has done a great job in getting kickbacks and spreading out the money to his cronies within the RFEF. What really needs to happen is the men's national team to step up and refuse to play for the national team until Rubiales is ousted. This will hurt the RFEF in the pocketbook and I bet they get rid of him.
I think you should read this as it sounds like you haven't fully grasped what machista now means and how society is reacting to it. I understand that you belong to another generation where things were different but it won't harm you to see why people nowadays might find your remarks slightly offensive. This is from today's paper:"Vox is the first party to challenge the consensus, claiming the law allows and emboldens women to falsely accuse men. In a 100-point program unveiled in October, as it was campaigning ahead of Andalusia’s elections, the party called for the repeal of anti-gender-violence laws, to be replaced with legislation providing “equal protection” for men, women, children, and the elderly in cases of domestic violence and the removal of abortion from government-funded health services."
I am not a Vox er by the way.
Once a woman opens her mouth and yells whatever the man gets instantly carted away, denied access etc., the converse is not tve case in many respects.
